HOW IS IT USED?

Mamá Cane’s potatoes must be stored in the fridge.

There are two different cooking methods:

MICROWAVE: take the bag out of the fridge five minutes before cooking. Add two tablespoons of salt inside the bag. Place the bag containing the potatoes and the salt in the microwave at 750w for 2 minutes. Remove the potatoes from their packaging, let them dry and enjoy.

ON THE STOVE: Bring a glass of water with two tablespoons of salt to the boil. Remove the potatoes from their packaging (it is not necessary to take the bag out of the fridge previously) and put them in the water for 2 minutes. Remove the water without turning off the fire, keep the potatoes inside the pot for a few seconds and wait for them to dry. When the potatoes are covered with a crust of salt they will be ready to eat.

SAUCES: Take the mojos out the fridge as we prepare the potatoes so that they come to room temperature.
